Warranty statement

We want you to enjoy your backpack for a long time. That's why we offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products from the date of purchase.


1. What the warranty covers

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal, proper use.
If a defect attributable to such errors appears within two years of purchase, we will replace the item free of charge.

Examples of covered cases:

• Defective zippers, buckles or seams due to manufacturing errors
• Damage to straps or carrying systems that is due to material defects
• Fading or cracks, provided they were not caused by external influences (e.g., sun, chemicals, improper storage).

2. What is not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents. This includes, in particular:

• Wear and tear due to friction, transport, or intensive use
• Damage caused by moisture, extreme temperatures or chemicals
• Alterations or repairs by third parties
• Loss, theft, or improper maintenance

3. How to report a warranty claim

In case of a warranty claim, please contact our service team at hello@newqu.de
and include the following information:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
• Brief description of the defect
• Photos where the damage is clearly visible

We are reviewing the case and will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

4. Legal rights

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this guarantee.
This manufacturer's warranty is an additional, voluntary performance promise.


5. Sustainability note

Our goal is to create products that are durable and resource-efficient.
Since our backpack is modular and can be disassembled into individual parts, we reserve the right to replace only the affected module or component – ​​for example, the top flap, straps, or the bottom – instead of replacing the entire backpack.

In this way, we extend the lifespan of your backpack, avoid unnecessary material consumption and together contribute to greater sustainability.
