You ordered from us, but you don't like the product or you received a damaged item? No problem! Simply report your return by email to: hello@newqu.de

We don't offer free return shipping to keep our prices fair and transparent. Instead of including hidden costs, our customers only pay for what they actually keep. This encourages conscious shopping and reduces unnecessary returns – good for you and the environment.

The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to return

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are returned to us in their original packaging, including the label.
